Trying to find out some camera works which can create comic effects.

Trying to research what kinds of camera works can get comic effects or make the comic effects more markedly

This topic focuses on shooting, so that I need understand a variety of camera works. And meanwhile, I need analyze some films which can produce comic effects and research their camera works when comic effects happen.
Rationale
· What is the wider context of your project?
The generation of comic effects cannot leave the wonderful script, action of actors, lighting, editing, sound effect and rhythm, while a better camera shooting also can help the film to produce comic effects because shooting play an important role on visual effect. So if without a good camera shooting method, the comic effects cannot be performed perfectly. A good camera shooting method can effectively illustrate the film’s style and rhythm. Furthermore, shooting can more effectively produce comic effects when combine with editing, action of actors and lighting.
I learned drama before, so I was interested in freezing the action and the different rhythm to create comic effects.
· How does it relate to relevant current practices, debates and theory?
· There is a phenomenon in recent years, some camera shooting methods cannot greatly perform the film’s comic effects, although the script is interesting, the visual effect of films is not interesting due to camera works are not quite effective.

· The film is more different to produce comic effects than the drama because of the drama can able to communicate with audiences which can easily create comic effects, while the comic effect of film need be recorded and then perform to audiences, so that the shooting become an important role to create comic effects in the film. In other words, if without a good camera shooting method, the comic effects cannot be performed perfectly.

· How does this project relate to your plans for the future?
· I want to make comedy film in the future.

Timetable
Outline a draft plan of action for the PGC stage.
As for the first face, on the one hand, I will look at internet and read some books about the visual effect of film in order to find out more effectively camera works. On the other hand, I will analyze some films to find out what kind of camera shooting methods can create comic effects.
